Founding didii, and writing Human Systems.
I am building didii, and working with founders whose products are live and not moving. Both keep putting the same question in front of me, which is why the writing and the work stay attached to each other.
Human Systems is where the worldview becomes work: essays, field notes and product principles on how products meet the people using them. Product Health is its practical instrument, a free Scorecard that shows where to look and a Diagnostic that investigates why.
Alongside it I work on AI and API platforms, the layer where model capability has to become dependable product behaviour.
