Agree on the question, then the work.
We start by discussing your situation, the decision ahead and what evidence is available. If I can help, we agree on the scope, deliverables, timing and fee before any paid work begins.
The work might be a focused review of one question or a deeper investigation involving product walkthroughs, customer evidence and analytics. We choose what the decision needs.
The aim is a clear next step, supported by what we learn, with remaining uncertainties made explicit. A conversation may also show that further work together isn't needed.
